1. Cancel Subscriptions
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, all future charges related to the subscription will be stopped. You can notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued; however, you will retain access to your subscription and its benefits until the end of the current billing period.
2. Full Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day Full Money Back Guarantee for all subscription plans, including Basic Boost, Pro Precision, Elite Suite, and Ultimate Mastery.
To ensure that our customers have sufficient time to evaluate our products and services, we provide a full money-back guarantee. Refund requests will be approved within 7 days if it is your first subscription purchase, the subscription was purchased within the last 7 days, and you are not satisfied. If a refund request is not submitted within the specified money-back guarantee period, no full refund will be issued.
3. Other Refunds
If you encounter technical issues with the purchased product or service and no solution is provided within 7 days, we can pause the subscription until a future upgrade is available. This will halt future subscription payments until we manually resume the subscription. Alternatively, if you do not wish to wait for an upgrade, we can refund the remaining unused subscription months. We encourage customers to work with our support team to troubleshoot issues by providing detailed descriptions and applying the solutions provided.
4. How to Cancel and Request a Refund
If you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund, please contact our support team to submit your request. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the product and service.
